This is a minor release of the Apache Daffodil SBT Plugin.

New Features

Add schema-flattening functionality to allow non-Daffodil programs such as XML Validators to resolve schemaLocations easily.
Add -parameter to javacoptions to preserve the Java parameter name in the generated bytecode for reflection.
